Maria Kunene is an experienced professional with a background in education and consulting. Currently a part-time tutor at Teach Me 2 since May 2017, Maria also served as an Examination Assistant for the Department of Basic Education in late 2020, focusing on administrative duties and quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Consultant at Absa Group from March 2019 to July 2020 and a brief stint as a Vacation Student at KPMG South Africa in January 2017. Earlier, Maria gained experience as a Vacation Student at EY in June 2014 and as a Student Assistant at Tutors24 in November 2013. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 2013 and 2016, and obtained a matric certificate from Providence Academy in 2012.
