Folake Adeniyi-Adeleye GPHR, PCC, currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Teach For Nigeria, providing strategic guidance on human capital management and people development. With extensive experience at Oracle as a Regional HR Director and Executive HR Business Partner, Folake leads initiatives in talent, culture, and organizational transformation. As the founder of Coachivate, Folake focuses on supporting senior professionals through executive career transitions and enhancing their leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Regional HR Manager for Microsoft, Senior HR Business Partner at Zain, and Manager of Learning and Development at Oando Plc, alongside consulting experience at Phillips Consulting Limited. Folake holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield School of Management and a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University.
