Tanya Arora is currently the Senior Director of People at Teach For India. Prior to this role, Tanya held various positions within the organization, including Director of Human Resources and Head of Selection. Tanya also has experience as a Fellowship Recruitment Manager and Associate. Tanya has previously interned at companies such as HSBC, YSC, and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. Tanya holds a BA in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College and participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford. Tanya completed their schooling at Cathedral and John Connon School, earning their ICSE and ISC degrees.
