Austin Warren serves as the Director of Fundraising Analytics & Data Reporting at Teach For America, leveraging extensive experience with data systems to support the organization's fundraising efforts exceeding $200 million annually across 52 regions. With a proven track record in developing strategic initiatives and data infrastructure, Warren has successfully designed advanced reporting tools and led training for fundraisers. Previous roles include Managing Director of Development & Internal Operations and Director of Regional Recruitment & Operations in Arkansas, where Warren executed effective revenue strategies and fostered diversity within the teacher corps. Warren's career began as a TFA Corps Member in Arkansas, followed by involvement in university-level initiatives and leadership positions. Warren holds a B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Idaho.
