Ayesha Jamshaid is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Academic Lead at Orenda Welfare Trust since April 2024, where responsibilities include leading curriculum design for an Accelerated Learning Program. Concurrently, Ayesha holds positions as Network Connector and Connection Leader at Teach For All since November 2022. Prior roles include Wellbeing Lead at Beaconhouse from September 2022 to November 2023, and Partnerships & Talent Acquisition Manager at Cynosure for a short period in 2023. Ayesha started with Teach For Pakistan in July 2019 as a Coach in Leadership & Training and a Teaching Fellow, following a role as Campus Ambassador. Ayesha's academic background includes a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and English Literature, both from Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi.
