Charmaine (Teoh) Bell is the Business Partner for Organisational Development & Capability at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Prior to this role, Charmaine worked at KPMG China from March 2015 to August 2017 as a Manager in the People & Change Advisory department. Charmaine also held the position of Senior Consultant in the same department. Charmaine's professional background includes working at EY from September 2012 to December 2014 as a Consultant in Human Capital Advisory and an Assistant Tax Advisor in Global Mobility. Charmaine holds a Master's Degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
