Dr. Helen Lockett currently serves as the Strategic Lead at Te Pou and holds the position of Honorary Senior Fellow at the University of Otago. With extensive experience as a Strategic Policy Advisor at Wise Group since 2011, Dr. Lockett also contributed as a Population Health Board Member for Pegasus Health from 2015 to 2021. Notably, Dr. Lockett acted as a Strategic Advisor for the OECD and authored the OECD mental health and work Aotearoa NZ report. Previously, Dr. Lockett was the Director of Programmes and Performance at the Centre for Mental Health. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Auckland, an MBA from the University of Bradford, and a degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
