Suvrat Bhargava, PhD, is an experienced professional in engineering and corporate strategy with a strong track record at TE Connectivity since July 2017. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate Strategy, Suvrat has held multiple engineering positions, including Staff Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer and Sr. Manufacturing and Process Development Engineer. Notable achievements include receiving the 2021 STLE Early Career Award and the 2019 Impact Innovation Award, as well as numerous Excellent Customer Experience Awards. Suvrat has contributed to the development of green metallization processes and has submitted several invention disclosures, including an issued US patent. Prior experience includes intern roles focused on contact physics and tribology, along with various teaching assistant positions during academic studies. Suvrat holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
