Onur Metin has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Onur most recently worked at Workplace in Action® as a DEI Business Partner, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the People Excellence Director at TDX Consulting from January 2023.

From 2013 to 2024, Onur worked at Aperian Global as a Country Advisor. During their time there, they provided advisory services and support to clients.

Before joining Aperian Global, Onur worked at DK Global Recruitment Limited starting in 2018. Onur held multiple roles within the organization, including Account Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Onur Metin obtained a degree in Business Administration and Tourism Management from Anadolu University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Onur has also obtained various certifications in areas such as inclusive communication, cultural competence, diversity management, and allyship, primarily from LinkedIn, with the latest certification obtained in 2023.
