22 Years experience in the tech industry with over 15 years in the US having worked with IT Consulting Firms with several projects in deploying CRM Solutions, ERP Implementations, Custom Product Development and Robotics Process Automation.

​Tanya has led and run software development teams onshore and offshore along with managing 24/7 product support teams in her more recent roles.

​Most recently worked with Gigamon a Network Security company and Automation Anywhere both based out of Santa Clara, CA.

She also runs a small business Amlya Favors that caters to curated gift hampers for kids and hand crafted activity sheets
