Gonçalo M. Ribeiro is an experienced Facilities Management and Maintenance Manager with a strong background in health, safety, environmental management, and quality assurance. Currently serving at TDGI, S.A. since May 2020 in Maputo, Gonçalo also holds the role of Continuous Improvement & Sustainability Project Manager. Previous positions include Head of Safety at Megasa Portugal and various roles at TDGI, including HSEQ Manager and Procurement and Logistics Manager, where significant improvements in operational efficiency were achieved. Gonçalo's career began with roles focusing on environmental consultancy and GIS project development, after earning a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and pursuing further qualifications in Renewable Energies and Health & Safety.
