Tiago Santos is an experienced professional with a diverse background in team leadership, customer service, and visual merchandising. Currently a Team Leader at TDCX since February 2024, Tiago previously held the same title at Webhelp, where responsibilities included motivating teams to achieve KPI goals and developing action plans based on business needs. Prior roles include Visual Merchandising Manager at Gap and MANGO, overseeing the implementation of new collections and leading teams. Tiago began a career in retail at Inditex as a visual merchandiser and sales assistant, with earlier experience as a self-employed photographer. Tiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Language Studies from The Open University and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from PUC-Brazil.
