Prashanth Chowdappa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and service delivery across various industries. Currently serving as Site Director at TDCX since January 2021, Prashanth previously held the position of Service Delivery Director at ReSource Pro from April 2019 to December 2020. Other noteworthy roles include Client Services at Hinduja Global Solutions PH and consulting CEO at Munch Box Frozen Foods LLP. Prashanth's career also encompasses significant positions at Firstsource, including Vice President of BPO Operations, Country Head for Sri Lanka, and GM of Solution Design & Transitions. Prior to Firstsource, Prashanth worked as AGM of Transitions at Aditya Birla Minacs and as Transitions Delivery Manager at MphasiS, as well as managing food and beverage operations at Cafe Coffee Day. Prashanth holds a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, completed in 1998.
