Nagendra Kalapala has a solid background in sales and business development, with experience across multiple prominent companies. At TDCX, Nagendra served as a Sales Business Development Consultant and previously held the role of Senior Business Development Executive at OSI Digital. With experience as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Dell Technologies and as a Customer Care Representative at HSBC, Nagendra also worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Smart Minds. Nagendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mangalam College of Engineering, completed in March 2012.
