Iqra Munir Hussain is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service, technical support, and business development. Currently working at TDCX as a Customer Service Technical Support since October 2022, Iqra also serves as a Business Development Specialist at Techception since March 2021. Previous experiences include a role as Project Manager at Zameen For You, where client response was a primary responsibility, and in hotel reservations as the focal person between clients and hotels at JF Holidays Sdn Bhd and Universal Holidays Travel & Tourism SDN BHD. Iqra's early career included teaching English at Army Public School Mahfooz Shaheed Garrison and Lahore Lyceum School, after earning an Executive MBA from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a Master's degree in Mass Communication from the University of the Punjab.
