Hari Kumar Krishnan possesses a strong background in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at TDCX since July 2020. Prior to this role, Hari held the position of Customer Service Team Manager at AGODA INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. from September 2014 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from January 2010 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a degree in Plant Biotechnology from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Universiti Industri Selangor.
