Amanda Kuswandi is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk analysis, customer support, and public relations. Currently working as a Risk (KYC) Analyst and Underwriter at TDCX since February 2021, Amanda specializes in reviewing KYC documents for a global e-payment platform. Prior roles include serving as an Account Specialist at TDCX, providing support to e-payment users, and holding the position of Public Relations Manager for Women’s Footie Indonesia. With experience in customer service from Agoda and international management at Uni Papua Football Community, Amanda also contributed to significant events such as the 2018 Asian Games as a Supporting Staff for Human Resources and Volunteer Department. Amanda possesses a Master of Science degree in American Studies from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
