Nayaki Nayyar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the technology and software sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for TD SYNNEX and Corteva Agriscience, Nayyar also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Securonix and was President at Ivanti, where responsibilities included driving innovation and growth within cybersecurity and service management. Previous roles include leadership positions at BMC Software, SAP, Valero Energy Corporation, and Shell, focusing on digital transformation, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture. Nayyar holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, complemented by an Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
