Matt Baldassano currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of TD Prime Services at TD Securities, a position held since September 2023. Prior to joining TD Securities, Matt Baldassano was the Managing Director and Head of Global Securities Finance at Cowen and Company from 2016. Matt Baldassano also held the role of Managing Director at Jefferies & Company from 2007 to 2016, where responsibilities included Co-Head of Global Prime Services and Head of Global Securities Finance, focusing on products such as Securities Lending and Delta One/Synthetic Prime Brokerage. Earlier in the career, Matt Baldassano worked at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2007 as MD Securities Lending/PB, serving as Global Co-Head of PB Sales Trading.
