Previously, Abhay held the position of Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon Web Services from February 2020 to June 2023, overseeing the Amazon Field Experiences organization. Abhay's experience at Morgan Stanley spanned nearly nine years, where responsibilities included serving as a Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner across various divisions such as Corporate and Funding Technology, Global Investment Banking Division, and Global Capital Markets. Prior roles also encompassed positions at BP, Swiss Re, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citi, Accenture, and Infosys Consulting, with significant contributions across different sectors including finance, energy, and technology. Abhay holds a Master of Science in Management Studies from Brunel University of London, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Westminster, and a CIPD in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich.
