Claudia Landry is a seasoned professional in event management and guest services, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Guest Services and Event Coordinator at Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) since May 2021. Claudia's background includes various roles in the hospitality and event sectors, including Server at Pub 101 since August 2019, Co-Director of Events at the uOttawa Sports Business Club from October 2020 to July 2021, and Administrative Assistant at the Canadian Transportation Agency from February 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience also includes teaching dance at Alexe Dance and working as Student Staff at the University of Ottawa Science Store. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics with a concentration in Sport Management from the University of Ottawa, alongside a minor in business and a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
