Lance Leisher currently serves as Associate Vice President, AMG Business Development and Strategy, and Group Product Owner at TD Insurance since December 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in online general insurance purchases. Previously, Lance held multiple senior management roles at TD from November 2010 to February 2023, including responsibilities for product acquisition strategies, marketing planning, and digital marketing, leading teams to drive profitable new account growth and develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Internet Sales Channel at Nedbank, where Lance formulated and implemented the sales channel strategy, successfully launching the initiative.
