Jessica Kottoor currently serves as Group Manager of the Special Investigations Unit at TD Insurance, a position held since September 2022, and previously worked as a Senior Investigator. Prior experience includes roles at Aviva Canada as an Investigative Analyst and Claims Adjuster from August 2018 to September 2022, and positions at RBC from April 2013 to August 2018 as a Licensed Insurance Advisor and Subject Matter Expert. Jessica's career began at L3 MAPPS as an Assistant Buyer from June 2007 to June 2008.
