Hardeep Saund is an accomplished Senior Director at RBC with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership. Since October 2014, Hardeep has led the Performance & Enablement for Caribbean Banking, managing a $20 million technology budget and overseeing the Program Management Office. Previously at RBC, Hardeep directed a diverse team of over 120 professionals, managing a $50 million technology application budget while driving initiatives in client experience, corporate real estate, and capacity planning. Hardeep's prior experience includes senior roles at TD, focusing on mortgage portfolio optimization and process improvement initiatives, and positions at Maple Leaf Foods and Linamar. Hardeep holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Process Engineering from Ryerson University, along with finance-related credentials from Ivey Business School at Western University.
