Delia Pan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business intelligence and telecommunications. Currently serving as VP & Practice Owner of Business Intelligence at TD since May 2023, Delia previously held multiple senior roles at Rogers Communications from May 2006 to May 2023, including VP/GM of chatr and Wireless Lifecycle, as well as various Vice President and Director positions focused on consumer insights, wireless lifecycle, and pricing strategies. Delia's early career included a role as Product Manager for bottled water and yogurt drinks at Danone from June 1998 to April 2003. Academic credentials include a CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants (2005-2006), an MBA in Marketing and Accounting from Ivey Business School at Western University (2004-2006), and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sun Yat-sen University (1994-1998).
