Buruzoth Bala, MBA, ESG.D, is a seasoned Program Manager at TD, specializing in data governance, risk management, and financial data initiatives since December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consulting Manager and Lead Consulting Analyst at Deloitte Canada, where Buruzoth led process transformations and optimized operational excellence. Prior to Deloitte, Buruzoth was a Business Analyst at CAMH, driving critical business process redesigns, and began a career at TD as a Wealth Analyst. Buruzoth is currently pursuing an Executive MBA and an ESG Designation at the University of Toronto, with additional education in governance essentials from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
