Susan Mead is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles across various industries. Currently a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services since November 2018, Mead previously held similar positions at Bridgepoint Group LLC from 2014 to November 2018, where the focus was on enhancing service capabilities for clients in financial services and other sectors.
