Manpreet Kaur serves as the Strategic Inorganic Hiring, APAC HR Legal Compliance Head, and HR Analytics at Tata Consultancy Services since July 2015. In this multifaceted role, Manpreet leads people solutions for inorganic deals across the APAC region, ensures compliance with HR management and immigration laws, and drives effective communication and cultural integration during employee transitions. Prior experience at TCS includes roles as Compensation Specialist, Talent Management Officer, and Resource Management from May 2008 to December 2014. Manpreet holds a PGDBM in HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and has completed executive education at the Institute for Personal Leadership, along with obtaining a PSM1 certification from Scrum.org.
