Kiran Rajan is an experienced professional with a strong background in delivery leadership and customer success. Currently serving as Delivery Lead at Tata Consultancy Services since May 2019, Kiran also holds the position of Head of Customer Success at MetricFox, a role undertaken since March 2016, where responsibilities include driving service growth and fostering customer relationships for the SaaS product Ampliz. Kiran Rajan earned a Master’s Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune, from 2008 to 2012.
