Heeru Fernandes is a seasoned recruitment consultant and equity coach based in Singapore, currently working with Tata Consultancy Services and serving on the DEI Council for the APAC region. Previously, Heeru held multiple roles at The Chapman Consulting Group, including Associate and Market Intelligence Analyst, and worked at IBM Nederland as Resource Deployment Manager for Global Delivery Benelux. Heeru's earlier experience includes positions at IBM India PVT LTD, focusing on project management and resource deployment, and as an Organizational Psychologist at Eduquity Career Technologies PVT LTD. Heeru holds a Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming from the Mental Fitness Institute.
