Deepika Choudhary is an experienced Associate Product Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since January 2021, where leadership of a team of technical support specialists facilitated prompt resolutions for users of a Java-based application. Achievements include addressing over 150 complex technical issues to enhance user experience. Deepika also held a position as a Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap from October 2023 to February 2024, and completed a Product Management Internship at Amerigo Softwares Pvt. Ltd. in mid-2019, contributing to the development of a CRM tool. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Arya Institute of Engineering Technology and Management, completed in September 2020, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from March 2003 to March 2016.
