Biju Pillai has over a decade of experience in process management and customer service. Currently serving as a Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2010, Biju specializes in market research and monitoring team performance. As a Senior Process Associate, Biju has worked on Nielsen’s One Global Reference Data System, leading the New Item Alert Process for the Canada Region and facilitating communication between onshore and offshore teams. In the role of Business Process Lead, responsibilities include mentoring team members, analyzing errors, and addressing process gaps. Prior experience includes an Operations Manager and Team Lead position at NielsenIQ, along with customer service roles at Mphasis The HP Company. Biju holds a BCOM degree in Commerce from Basil School, Vadodara, completed in 2007.
