Alpana Sinha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Tata Consultancy Services, currently serving as the Business Unit Operations Head. Since joining in August 2009, Alpana has held various roles, including Subunit Operations Head and Segment PMO Lead, where responsibilities encompassed financial data review, compliance assurance, and timely billing process coordination. Prior to Tata Consultancy Services, Alpana worked at Infosys BPO as a Team Manager and Team Lead from March 2007 to June 2009. Educational qualifications include a PGDIM in Information Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, along with foundational education from Sainik School Tilaiya.
