Lalit Mohan Jaiswal is a qualified professional with a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in capacity management and business development. Currently serving as a Capacity Manager at TCS iON since July 2022, Lalit is responsible for overseeing capacity expansion across India, defining project scopes, and coordinating with management for strategic goals. Previously, as Regional Capacity Manager and Zonal Acquisition Lead at Indus Towers Limited, responsibilities included site acquisition, relationship development with landlords, and performance data analysis. Earlier roles at RIVIGO as a Business Development Manager and at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. as a Sales and Service Engineer provided strong foundations in supplier network management and customer service. Lalit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University.
