Daler Shorahmonov possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having held key positions at Tcell since August 2018, including Manager of the Technical Support Division and Head of the IP&FIX&GPON Network in the TNO Department. Responsibilities included project planning, execution, resource allocation, and team management. Prior to Tcell, Daler served at Huawei Technologies from April 2006 to June 2018, excelling as a Team Leader and Data Communication Expert, where responsibilities encompassed network development, equipment configuration, and customer support. Education includes a Master's degree in Information Systems in Economy from the Technological University of Tajikistan, supplemented by foundational studies at the President Lyceum â„–1 in Dushanbe.
