Amanda Joseph is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and healthcare strategy, currently serving as Principal at American Family Ventures since December 2020, where focus is on insurtech innovation. Previously, Amanda held roles as an investor at Founder Equity and as Director of Health Plan Accounts at Lumeris, leading go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage plans. At Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Amanda managed divisional strategy and developed innovative healthcare models for population health. Prior experience includes positions at Healthbox and research roles at the University of Michigan, where Amanda contributed to significant studies published in academic journals.
