Elaine F. Stein serves as General Counsel and Worldwide General Counsel at TBWA Worldwide, a position held since December 2004. Prior to this role, Elaine Stein was a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from July 1997 to November 2004 and began their legal career as an Associate at O'Sullivan Graev & Karabell from 1994 to 1997. Educational credentials include a BS in Economics and Marketing and a BA in Psychology from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, as well as a JD from Cardozo School of Law.
