Additionally, Al co-founded the Gift of Story, aiming to preserve meaningful narratives for future generations, and serves as the Producer and Host of the InfinitePie Thinking Podcast, focusing on mindset and performance improvement. Previously, Al led Fawcett Associates Ltd as Managing Director from August 2002 to September 2012.
