Jeff Bartelli is currently serving as the Technical Content Manager at the Technology Business Management (TBM) Council since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Engagement Manager at Apptio, an IBM Company, from August 2021 to May 2024, and a Data Analyst position at GSA from December 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities involved data analyses for Total Cost of Ownership development and administration of Apptio TBM models. Earlier work at Booz Allen Hamilton included roles as Program Manager and Product Development Manager, focusing on procurement processes and technology development. Jeff also has experience as a Budget Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, managing substantial budgets, and has held various analytical and managerial positions throughout a career that includes extensive education in public policy and technology. Noteworthy degrees include a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in Anthropology and English from the University of Montana.
