Martha Navarro, CBCP, MBCI, is an experienced Crisis Management professional currently serving as the Business Continuity Manager at TBK Bank, SSB since November 2018. Prior to this role, Martha held various positions at Thomson Reuters, including Director of Business Continuity Management, where oversight of a global business continuity program was established, ensuring compliance with audits such as SOX and ISO 27001. Additionally, Martha was responsible for governance and execution of the Business Continuity Management program for the Legal and Tax and Accounting sectors at Thomson Reuters and began the career as a Senior Business Analyst at West Group. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arizona and pursued Post Graduate Studies in Public Administration and Economics at Seattle University.
