Gary Holland is a seasoned construction cost consultant with extensive experience in project and cost management across various sectors. Since November 2013, Gary serves as Principal at TBD Consultants, where responsibility includes establishing the firm's presence in the Sacramento region and consulting on a broad range of projects. Previously, as an Independent Contractor at GWH Construction Cost Consulting from June 2012 to October 2013, Gary collaborated on projects including courthouses, libraries, and seismic strengthening initiatives. Gary's career began in December 1980 with Davis Langdon, an AECOM Company, progressing to Associate Director, and spanning multiple offices in the Bay Area and Sacramento. Gary studied at West Valley College.
