Yesica Jazmín Martínez García is an experienced professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Learning and Development Leader at TBC de Mexico since October 2020. With a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a degree in Pedagogy, Yesica has previously held significant roles such as Change Management Coordinator and Organizational Development Coordinator at The Greenbrier Companies, and Associate General Manager at Soluciones Especializadas de Transporte Alvarado Vega. Yesica has also contributed to L'Oréal as a Change Management Leader and has an extensive background in recruitment and training from positions at DDI Mexico and CEMEX.
