Mikheil Omiadze is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Enterprise Services Tribe Lead at TBC Bank since July 2020. Previously, Omiadze held prominent roles at Bank of Georgia, including Head of Business Analysis Department and Head of COO Direction IT Business Analysis Group from February 2018 to July 2020. Omiadze also worked at TBC Bank as Deputy Head of Business Analysis & Quality Assurance Department and at Bank Republic, leading back office operations during the merger with Societe Generale Group. With a solid foundation in business analysis and IT project management gained from previous positions at HSBC Bank Georgia and JSC Bank of Georgia, Omiadze holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from the European School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Ivane Javahišvilis Sakhelobis Tbilisis Sakhelmtsipo Universiteti.
