Natalia Tishina is an experienced Operations Manager at Tinkoff, overseeing a team of 17 team leads and over 250 personnel to achieve the objectives of the Business Department since April 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia held various positions at IQ Consultancy, including Senior Customer Success Team Lead and Head of In-Company Training Department. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Consultant Plus Ltd, Probusinessbank, and a foundation in management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Natalia's education includes advanced studies at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and Lehigh University, as well as participation in the Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute and the Future Leaders Exchange Program.
