Latif Al-jiboury is an experienced civil engineer with a Master's degree in Hydro-geology and Engineering Geology from Mining and Geology University Sofia. Latif currently serves as a Site Engineer at Balfour Beatty plc since September 2021 and has been self-employed as a Senior Site Engineer since October 2018. Previous roles include Civil Engineer positions at Taylor Woodrow and Dyer & Butler, and a Chief Resident Engineer at Mott MacDonald, where Latif managed the US$ 30 million Water Sector Improvement Project. Additional experience includes site civil engineering for the Holme Tunnel Reconstruction and a role as Construction & Work Supervisor at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
