Roger Bredy has extensive experience in purchasing and production management, primarily at Taylor Valve Technology since April 1993, where the current role is Lead Buyer, overseeing order management and expediting processes. Previous positions at Taylor Valve and Taylor Vaetrix included responsibilities in product pricing, quality control, and calibrating instruments for oilfield applications. Early career roles included truck driving at Red Hill Cattle Company and R&F Trucking Company, as well as technical work as a technician at Sunline and farming as a self-employed individual. Roger Bredy holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Western Oklahoma VO Tech and has completed Dale Carnegie Training.
