Serena Yap is an accomplished Director at Taylor Thomson Whitting (TTW) since November 2022, with a robust background in engineering and management. Previously, Serena held various leadership positions at Aurecon from May 2016 to September 2022, including Executive Director and Technical Director, where responsibilities included enhancing the company’s presence in Singapore and managing project finances. Serena's extensive career began at T.Y. LIN International Pte Ltd, serving as Principal and Head of Buildings (C&S) from March 1981 to April 2016. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed the Advanced Management Programme on Productivity and Leadership Development through BCA-SMU-WDA.
