Phillip Cross is an experienced executive in land acquisitions and development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Taylor Morrison since March 2021. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Vice President of Land at Richmond American Homes from March 2020 to March 2021 and at Taylor Morrison Homes from 2010 to March 2020. Phillip also gained valuable experience as Vice President of Land at Pulte Homes and as Director of Land at Del Webb, both roles held simultaneously from February 2002 to January 2009. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Oregon State University.
