Megan Parsons, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People Services Program Manager at Taylor Morrison since June 2023. Previously, at Taylor Morrison, Megan held multiple roles including People Operations Manager, Senior People Operations Generalist, and HR Generalist from January 2015 to October 2021, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with business goals in the Central Region.
