Josh Springman is an experienced underwriter with a robust background in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as an Underwriter at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage since February 2023, Josh previously held the position of Underwriter III at North American Savings Bank from February 2015 to March 2023. Prior to that role, Josh was a Senior Underwriter at Inlanta Mortgage from May 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, Josh spent nearly a decade at Bank of America, where responsibilities included serving as a DE/VA SAR Underwriter and Assistant Vice President from November 2004 to April 2014.
